Many people like to ride a bike. In these days in our polluted world this environmental friendly equipment is the key to great health and fantastic form.
Riding a bike is more popular among men, especially long distance routes, nevertheless many girls are interested in that kind of sport, they purchase and travel on high-quality and custom bicycles. However many sportswomen don’t like long-distance trip and these models of bikes they would like to have ladies city bike or custom bicycles. Cycling around the town is more tasking activity than ordinary sport. If we have a bike we may go to work, the party or just for a small shopping and then we connected two activities: physical activity and managing everyday tasks. Naturally we can also go for a tip to the park or far from the town, take 20 or 30 kilometres or more. In both cases it is right to use a ladies city bike, because of its construction, which is adjusted to femaless body. They are handy and not heavy, so they can be easy to move (if this is necessary).

Of’ course we can’t forget about appropriate clothes airy blouses, skin-tight shorts and naturally a solid helmet. A fine idea for a long distance journeys is buying a rucksak with a additional liquid provider (with it we are able to absorb fluid during the trip). We need to remember about our bicycle security, therefore we have to have a special U-lock, because common string is to easy to demage. Bicycles thefts usually use force to destroy the lock, so if we have a safe one, which can take a lot of time to foced it, the thief should give up and leave our device alone. In many towns there are many groups of bike thefts, so we have to be really careful in choosing the place to leave our bike, specialy when it pay a lot of money. It is a great idea to ask your business chief to prepare some space for bike park. It prevent our bicycles from stealing and other difficulties.
In these days bicycles are very common and a large number of them are just masterwork of construction and style – my sources. However we must remember about our safety and about purchasing a good equipment for our bike even if it going to cost a lot of money.
